2. Payments & Billing

All payments are billed by RashFlash (our parent company). Your invoices and payment receipts will show RashFlash.com.

Subscription Billing

-All plans renew monthly.

-Your card will be charged automatically each month.

-Prices are shown on our website and checkout pages.

Black Friday and Special Deals

If you receive a discounted first month, your subscription will renew at the regular plan price unless stated otherwise.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds apply only to the first month of your subscription. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable due to the time and work needed to set up your system. Setup work already completed cannot be refunded.

If you go over your limit, extra usage fees may apply as shown on our pricing page.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do our best to improve your leads, bookings, and system performance, but: We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, bookings, revenue, or profit. Your results depend on your business, niche, ads, market demand, and how well you run your operations.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

We own all software, automations, templates, and systems used to deliver the service.

You own:

-Your content

-Your customer data

-Your business information

We license our system to you while your subscription is active. If you cancel your plan, access to our systems, AI tools, automations, and templates will end.

9. Use of AI

Our AI tools respond to customers using your settings and instructions.
You are responsible for:

-Reviewing AI messages

-Making sure they are accurate

-Ensuring compliance with local laws

We are not responsible for mistakes, incorrect AI replies, or customer misunderstandings.
